Project Overview
The Borouge 4 (B4300) Petrochemical Complex is one of the largest integrated polyolefin production facilities in the Middle East, aimed at enhancing the UAE’s downstream capabilities and meeting the rising global demand for advanced polymer solutions. Located within the Ruwais Industrial Complex, the project reflects the strategic vision of Borouge to diversify product offerings and increase production capacity.
